A truly fabulous vintage rum offering from Plantation. A Trinidadian rum distilled from Molasses in a column still, after undergoing a 4-day fermentation process. A wonderfully balanced rum, with notes of dark brown sugar, vanilla, spiced oak and sweet, grapey brandy. The flavours are fantastically intense and rich.
As ever with Plantation, the bottle features a distinctive label designed to represent something of the producing nation. Here the label shows a ploughing ox, reflecting the strong traditional of Trinidadian sugar production, whilst the label’s trim has a Red Ibis, a symbol of the island and present on the nation’s coat of arms.
