New Zealand has received a lot of attention for their stunning, world-class Sauvignon Blanc wines, but maybe their most exciting wine is Pinot Noir. "Annalina" Pinot Noir is made from grapes ripened in the unique terroir of the New Zealand region of Marlborough.
Pinot Noir berries are macerated without crushing, after which they undergo fermentation with periodic manual pizhazh. At the final stage, the wine is aged for 7 months, and before bottling is purified by filtration. The wine will accompany the fried lamb steaks, grilled eggplant, mushroom pie.
